On June 10, 2026, HeinOnline completed its domain migration from heinonline.org to heinonline.com. As part of this transition, some institutions using cloud security products such as Zscaler, Netskope, or similar web filtering and security services may experience disruptions to IP-authenticated access.
If your institution uses a cloud security or web filtering product such as Zscaler, Netskope, or a similar service, and you are being prompted to enter a username and password instead of receiving IP-authenticated access, please contact your institution’s IT department and ask them to review the configuration of any cloud security, web filtering, or secure web gateway products in use.
